“So far, the housing market has generally behaved as expected this year. Sales activity remains just below last year’s levels, prices have eased and supply is starting to adjust to the lower level of sales,” said CREB® chief economist Ann-Marie Lurie.

Crossfield saw an increase in sales for June but with that increase in sales was also an increase in listings. It's still a buyers market, so as a seller you need to ensure you are motivated and your property shows well and is priced right! At this time last year the average days on market was 48 days lower than it is now. So it's important to be aware of that trend and set your expectations accordingly.
