November Housing Stats (Crossfield, AB)

Crossfield sales are down just slightly from October and days on market have continued an upward trend (up a couple of days since last month).

Calgary this month has seen sales activity at a 14% decline over last years sales and 20% below long-term averages! "Higher inventories and weaker sales are resulting in buyer's market conditions and price declines," says Ann-Marie Lurie, Chief Economist.
