October Housing Stats (Crossfield AB)

October sales were the same as September while inventory more than doubled this month in Crossfield. Elevated inventory levels compared to sales, are causing prices to ease even further.

It's still a buyers market. Sellers need to ensure they are well informed on what is happening in their area and ensure they set proper expectations when determining a listing price.
