Love in the Midst of Tragedy

Earlier this week, I sat at my dining room table to work and my mind wondered to this never ending winter. Not long after this thought I heard snow melt falling off the roof in combination with the birds chirping outside my front door and I had hope that perhaps we had finally weathered the last winter storm. As I paused to gather my thoughts my mind drifted to this past weekend and the tragedy that is the Humboldt Broncos bus crash. Words cannot describe the devastation and sadness that these players, teammates, the driver and their families must now be facing. This is truly one of those heartbreaking moments in life. I want to take a moment to pay tribute to all those lost lives and send warm thoughts and prayers to all the players and their families who have been affected. This (for me) has been a reminder to be grateful for each day I have the privilege to be on this earth with the people I LOVE doing what I LOVE. I am so incredibly grateful for th
