There is a quote I found recently and it is this "You are my people. This is where life is lived. These are the moments, the people, that make life worth living. These are the people who make life beautiful. These are my people. This is my tribe." I truly believe that the people you surround yourself with should make life more enjoyable. I am lucky to have found my tribe early on in life and even more grateful to have been able to spend this past weekend with a few of them!

October sales were the same as September while inventory more than doubled this month in Crossfield. Elevated inventory levels compared to sales, are causing prices to ease even further. It's still a buyers market. Sellers need to ensure they are well informed on what is happening in their area and ensure they set proper expectations when determining a listing price.
